It's not easy coming up with stuff for this series, Friday after Friday after Friday, but here we go again with some 1950s rockabilly for your Friday night. Tonight, Bobby Wayne and The Warriors and a tribute to a girl, this time Sally Ann. Nice riff on this one.
Sally Ann
That's lights out...that's good.
ReplyDeleteThis series of posts is good. There can never be enough rockabilly...ever.
I can sympathise. You're doing a grand job SA
ReplyDeleteI've no idea how you've managed to keep it going for so long, and to such a high standard. I'm only a few weeks into Disco Friday and can't envisage 153 disco tunes making an appearance on Spools.
ReplyDeleteQuality guitar, Adam, quality song. I think Scott "must try harder"!! Sister Sledge, The Emotions, 5 Star, lots of good disco material out there
ReplyDeleteGreat series Adam. And I know well to find the right tunes. I cannot hold a candle to you when I'm running my 'Twanging Tuesday' series and I know how hard it is to find the right songs. Keep on I'm sure you'll find enough songs to make 200 complete
ReplyDeleteOne of the many reasons I adore your blog.
