Caspar

I have a hangover.

Another American band making skew-wiff, bouncy guitar music, following recent bagging Area postees Wounded Lion, Woods and Warpaint. It's hard to resist a song that starts with frantic drumming, fast acoustic guitars and the line 'I live in the graveyard, I want to go out but it's too hot'.
Not sure it'll help my head though.

  3. Early on when everyone was outside/in side bar some Orb, St Etienne, Homes' 69 Police, bit of reggae, then once people started to come in to the room a load of 80s stuff (OMD, Blondie, Bow Wow Wow, Fun Boy 3 etc), then some housey stuff (MARRS, Bassheads, K Klass, Love Can't Turn Around, Voodoo Ray etc- got 'em moving. Then another guy plugged his cd mixer in a played an hour of earsplittingly loud dance music. And the Kings Of Leon. Then I did the last hour- Madchester, Dexys, Specials, Buzzcocks, Run DMC and suchlike.Only put 1 on at wrong speed too.
