Ed Tudor Pole hosted a pub quiz at our local last week (The Railway), a 50 strong male voice choir were in the next night and Chas Hodges plays there this Saturday
John Cooper Clarke played there in October and Wilko Johnson was in the audience

That's heck of a local Mondo. Kevin Webster from Corrie and Fred the Weatherman both drank in a pub I used to call local.
