This song was definitely playing at my school's first-year orientation week, from the university radio station's booth! I didn't recognize it but my friend told me it was Siouxsie and the Banshees.
Was only spinning this the other day myself.
PS: Never mind the pretention, did Mr Morley really also misuse the possessive apostrophe thus?
