Little Barrie, featuring the stripped down r'n'b, garage, rockin' sounds of guitarist Barrie Cadogan, bassist Lewis Wharton and drummer Virgil Howe, sound good on shuffle mode and kick up a storm live. Barrie has been Throb's replacement in Primal Scream live and is more than capable of filling those shoes judging by the Primal Scream shows I've seen in the last few years.

All three Little Barrie albums are winners - in fact the newie is one of my best of 2012. More on that later (Friday)
I saw them supporting someone at King Tuts a few years ago and was impressed enough to by a cd from the merch stall, but can't remember much abou them now. Need to dig it out and give it another listen
Haven't got the latest one, got an earlier one and a few odds and ends. Got this song off a magazine freebie.
Barry is a great guy, caught them a couple of weeks back at the Deaf Institute and many times before with Primal Scream, well worth a listen if you like 100mph rock and roll.
