Given the choice between Clinton and Trump, there is no real choice at all. And obviously we don't get a choice, we just watch as the USA makes its decision and potentially unleashes a man patently unfit to hold any kind of public office into the White House. Let's hope they get it right. Given the way things have been going politically recently, a Trump victory is a genuine and utterly terrifying possibility. Eric B would be a much better bet.
As CC says! How on earth has it come down to just hoping that the lesser of two evils gets in rather than making a choice about who's the best of the best?! A friend suggested to me recently too that whoever it is will probably make less of an impact on Americans themselves than it will on the whole of the rest of the world.
Well my Citizen's duty has been done. Waited on line for 60 minutes to cast my vote for retaining local judges, school board members, local and national representatives, local propositions and President. I finally got to vote for Hillary Clinton after waiting 8 years.
No Lee, there are at least 17 million fuckwits in the UK and I for one thank christ that they do not have the right to bear arms. As for the choice, I'm not sure how many US Presidents have been that trustworthy post 1945. That beacon of enlightenment JFK was more than a little shady but Trumpf is in a different league, he makes Nixon look like a paragon of virtue.

This year has been a shitstorm on so many levels. I have everything crossed that the USA don't add to the world's problems.
I have resigned myself to Trumpf winning. There do seem to be an awful lot of very stupid people over the pond.
325 Million people in the US and these are the two candidates they have come up with.
I'd vote for Eric in a heartbeat

Unlike all those wise Brits who voted Brexit and support UKIP

Idiocy is not confined to the US Lee.
